机器用途 

E2518/2B‑132、E2518/3‑132

主要用于生产游泳衣和运动服上的弹性织物，同时也生产内衣和功能性服装，另外还用于汽车车顶衬里和涂层底布等的生产。

The machine is mainly for producing elastic fabrics for swimwears, sports suits, underwears and functional garments. Besides, roof lining and coating base fabric for cars are also available on the machine.

E2518S/2‑132、E2518S/2‑186

主要用于生产服装面料上的弹性或非弹性及重经织物，同时也能生产内衣和功能性服装。

Mainly used for elastic, non‑elastic and heavy‑warp fabrics, and can also be used for underwear and functional garments.

机器特点 

该机主要由机架、成圈机构、送经机构、牵拉卷取机构、编花横移机构、主传动及电气控制和一些必要的安全装置等部分组成。

The machine mainly consists of machine frame, knitting elements, let‑off motion, take‑up and batching device, patterning transverse shift device, main drive, electric control, and some necessary safety devices.

成圈组件 

成圈机构由能单个安装槽针的针床，针芯床，沉降片床和2把或3把梳栉组成，所有针床均采用碳纤增强复合材料，这些成圈件均由曲轴连杆机构传动。

The knitting elements consist of needle bar for individually mounting compound needles, control bar, sinker bar, two or three guide bars. All these knitting parts are driven by crankshaft connecting‑rod system.

编花装置

采用具有高速曲线的盘形凸轮控制梳栉横移。主轴与编花轮的传动比为48:1或24:1。编花轮芯具有零位销结构，方便更换不同的编花凸轮，而不需再调整移针时间。

Pattern unit adopts disk‑shaped cam with high‑speed curve to control guide bars traverse movement. The drive ratio of main shaft to pattern cam is 48:1 or 24:1. Pattern cam core adopts zero‑pin structure, which makes it easy to change different pattern cams without adjusting racking time.

送经机构 

采用电子送经装置。

Adopt electronic let‑off device.

牵拉卷取机构 

采用电子卷取机构，最大卷布直径φ760mm。

Adopt electronic batching device, the maximum batching diameter is φ760mm.

传动机构 

机器由主电机通过多楔带轮驱动主轴，由主轴驱动曲轴连杆机构、编花机构、编花横移机构。

Main shaft of the machine is driven by main motor through V‑ribbed pulley, then the main shaft drives the crankshaft connecting‑rod system, pattern drive device and pattern traverse device.

电气控制 

主电机采用变频调速，床身油箱的油可自动循环并配备加热、冷却的三位温控恒温控制系统；设有主轴转速和送经量电子显示、油温显示和纱线张力自停等装置。

The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. The oil in the bed fuel tank can circulate automatically, equipped with three‑position constant‑temperature control system for heating and cooling. It is provided with electronic display for main‑shaft speed and let‑off value, oil‑temperature display and yarn‑tension automatic stop device.

安全装置 

主传动部分传动链、编花传动部分传动链、编花链轮或凸轮、牵拉卷取机构传动链及送经传动传动链等均有防护罩壳。电气设备的安全保护按国家标准GB/T5226.1‑2019《机械电气安全 机械电气设备 第1部分：通用技术条件》中的相关规定执行。

Driving chains of main drive unit, pattern drive unit, pattern sprocket or cam, take‑up and batching device, and let‑off motion shall be fitted with protective covers. The safety protection of electrical equipment shall conform to relevant provisions of national standard GB/T5226.1‑2019 Electrical safety of machinery — Electrical equipment of machines — Part 1: General requirements.
